Happy 100th birthday, Grandma Higa!
It's not everyday you get the opportunity to be the Maui Event Photographer to document a celebration incredibly special and rare like a 100th birthday! This event was special even for me. Grandma Higa, is my boyfriend's grandmother. She is the sweetest, so funny, and such a beautiful inspiration of a woman surrounded by love. I aspire to be as strong and healthy as her for my 100th birthday. Today, she walks, colors, and laughs daily!!
For her 100th birthday celebration, it took three years to plan! The event took place at the Kamehameha Golf Course during mid-day and it was a lovely day for us all!
