Classic Session

A 30 minute refined, guided experience ideal for couples and families seeking timeless 25 portraits in a single scenic location.

Signature Session

1 hour of a portrait to explore multiple backdrops throughout a single location and includes 50 portraits for a richer narrative.

Extended Storytelling

Take home 100 portraits of multi-generational families and life milestones designed entirely around your vision in a 1.5 hours timeframe.

All sessions include a private online gallery, professionally edited images, and a personal print release. Final pricing may vary based on group size, location, and custom requests.

Clients will receive images in high resolution, digital JPGs.

Additional images from session will be available for purchase within private proofing gallery.

$20 Hawaii Permit Fee will be added to bookings with locations on public beaches.

4.712% Hawaii tax will be added to all bookings.

Session timing will remain continuous for any travel between locations within scheduled booking.

Prints and products are available for purchase within private proofing galleries.

Refund Policy *

Please initial that you agree that all retainers (also known as deposits) are nonrefundable. Retainers are required to reserve and respect yours and my time scheduled specifically for your booking. If a booking needs to be rescheduled for any reason, original retainers may be used to hold the new booking date.

Last Minute Changes Agreement *

Please initial that you agree to a $75 fee for rescheduling within 24 hours of the date/time of confirmed session caused by any travel delays, such as flight or traffic delays, that results in rescheduling for a further date. This policy ensures that our time is valuable and we respect each other's time we've agreed to and scheduled for your booking.

Weather Policy Agreement *

Please initial that you agree to my weather policy. If there are dangerous weather conditions on the day of your session, I will do my best to reschedule. If it is impossible to reschedule, your booking will be refunded in full. I do not reschedule due to clouds or wind. It's best to expect windy conditions, please plan a hairstyle and clothing that will work in the wind.

Image Delivery and Copyright Policy Agreement *

Please initial below that you agree to and understand my policies. Images are delivered digitally as high-resolution JPEG files, no RAW files will be offered. All images captured by Cheynice's Photography will remain copyrighted and you receive a full personal use release, which entitles you to make any sized prints from your images and the ability to share online. This personal release does not include commercial uses, such as using the images in advertisements or selling to any third party business.

With your permission, your photos may be posted to my website, blog, or social media outlets. If you do not wish your photos be posted online, please note that you would like your photos to remain private in the message above.

WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER SUBMITTING YOUR BOOKING Request FORM

Upon submitting your booking inquiry form, please expect my availability response with your session details within 24 hours. If I am available for your desired session date, you'll be emailed an invoice for your deposit and my photography contract. A booking confirmation will be emailed to you when your deposit is received. Thank you for your understanding!
