Please initial that you agree that all retainers (also known as deposits) are nonrefundable. Retainers are required to reserve and respect your and my time scheduled specifically for your booking. If a booking needs to be rescheduled for any reason, original retainers may be used to hold the new booking date.

Please initial that you agree to a $75 fee for rescheduling within 24 hours of the date/time of confirmed session caused by any travel delays, such as flight or traffic delays, that results in rescheduling for a further date. This policy ensures that our time is valuable and we respect each other's time we've agreed to and scheduled for your booking.

Please initial that you agree to my weather policy. If there are dangerous weather conditions on the day of your session, client's have the option to reschedule. If it is impossible to reschedule due to dangerous weather conditions, your booking will be refunded in full.

Please initial below that you agree to and understand my policies. Images are delivered digitally as high-resolution JPEG files, no RAW files will be offered. All images captured by Cheynice's Photography will remain copyrighted. The client will receive a photo release authorizing permission to use the images for marketing and print reproduction. Selling to any third party business will be prohibited.

With your permission, your photos may be posted to my website, blog, or social media outlets. If you do not wish your photos be posted online, please note that you would like your photos to remain private in the message above.

What to expect after submitting your booking form

Upon submitting your booking form, please expect an email including links to an invoice to submit the 50% deposit and a photography contract to review and sign. A booking confirmation will be emailed to you after the deposit and signed contract is received. Thank you for your time and I look forward to working with you!
