How soon should I book?
As soon as possible, because I reserve time for my clients on a first come, first serve basis! For weddings and portraits, the sooner your heart is set on a date, the better chance I will be available!
Do you require a deposit? Is the deposit refundable?
Yes. I require a $75 deposit for portraits and $500 deposit for wedding photography. Deposits are nonrefundable unless your session cannot be completed due to dangerous weather/pandemic conditions.
What is your refund policy?
A deposit refund and/or partial/full package refund (less 10% transaction fees) of total cost will only be granted in the event that a session cannot be completed due to dangerous weather/pandemic conditions.
When will we get our photos?
You will receive an online proofing site to access your collection of photos 2 weeks after your session date. You can download, share, and purchase print products of all the photos from this gallery too.
How many photos do I get to keep?
Your booking includes all of the best images. There is no general amount or minimum per session duration. I'll remove any unflattering photos before sending you a proofing gallery of completely edited images.
Where are you based and do you travel?
I''m based in Lāna'i, Hawaii and yes I'm open to travel for your session! If you want me to photograph your story, it may require a travel fee, depending on where it takes place. For destination events, let's chat.
How do you photograph weddings?
I love being by your side to help you before your wedding day. I''ll send you suggestions and tips as needed to help you organizing your day. On your wedding day, all I want to capture is the feelings, the mood, the emotions, the calm and crazy moments and all the details that make your wedding unique. For the most part, I'll give little direction unless we're specifically capturing important group photos!
How do you deliver your files?
High resolution, JPEG files will be the only image type available. I do not release any RAW images.
