I couldn't think of a more fitting title for this beautiful couple and their portrait experience! On the week of New Years Eve, Dipesh inquired for a Maui surprise proposal during sunrise on New Years Day! He and Janie have been together since they were 15 years old and he wanted this moment to be absolutely perfect for the love of his life. The anticipation was exciting and worrisome! The weather forecasted for thunderstorms on New Years Day! Even I was nervous. All we could do was hope for the absolute best, because we all had our hearts set for 1/1/22!
The stars was out this morning as we drove towards Ironwoods Beach - which was the best sign! No clouds and clear skies told us, we had a chance to stay dry. As we all met and began the portrait, let's just say the morning light just kept on getting better and better. I swear! When it was time for Dipesh to go down on one knee, the sun peered bright and as breathtaking as ever! THIS was the perfect moment, the perfect proposal this couple wanted. And best of all, SHE SAID YES!
